Yes, Scotty is a very experienced and fully licensed termite inspector, with the certificate III qualification. This is a separate, extra qualification beyond the basic pest controller qualification. Scotty has dealt with many different cases of termite infestation over the years, he can check your building thoroughly and deal with any termites if they are found. Are your solutions permanent?
No pest control solution can be permanent without posing a serious health hazard for humans. Scotty uses the latest and highest standard chemical solutions suited for each pest and situation. But each of these chemicals has a degradation time period, and becomes ineffective after a couple of years depending on what it is.
